Use this function to maintain privacy when printing confidential documents on the machine over a shared network. Usually, it is possible to print data using the control panel once it is stored in this machine. When using Locked Print, it is not possible to print unless a password is entered on the control panel. Your confidential documents will be safe from being viewed by other people. For details about printing methods, see Locked Print.
Hold Print
Use this function to temporarily hold a file in the machine, and print it later. It is useful when combining and printing multiple documents. You can also specify the print time of a document. The document is automatically printed at the specified time. For details about printing methods, see Hold Print.
Stored Print
Use this function to store a file in the machine, and then print it later when necessary. The documents will not be deleted even after the printing has been completed. It is useful when printing the same document repeatedly. For details about printing methods, see Stored Print.
Even after you turn off the machine, stored documents in the machine remain. However, the [Auto Delete Temporary Print Jobs] or [Auto Delete Stored Print Jobs] settings are applied first. For details about the auto delete settings, see Maintenance.

can't change formula toolbar height
Whenever I open either a new sheet or an existing worksheet the formula toolbar/namebox is way to high, the fonts inside the namebox are 20 and the font size in the Normal style is 20. I can change the Normal style to 10pt, but it doesn't change the formula height or the font in the namebox. And it doesn't stay changed. When I close the program and restart it the huge fonts are back.Any ideas? You should change the font name/size specified under Tools, Options, General. Then restart Excel. Can't convert a Quicken file
I have been downloading the Money trial version for the past three years in hopes that MAYBE I can actually switch from Quicken. Outlook shutting down when accessing moved mailboxes
We recently built a new Wxchange 2003 Server in one of our offices and have been moving mailboxes to the new server. Now some of the users that were moved say that Outlook is shutting down when they try to do different things - for one person, it happens when she opens her Calendar, for another, it's when he opens mail items. Today I found some problem in CRM Desktop Outlook client...when I try to create e-mail quick campaign I did't find option 'e-mail via mail merge' and the same option for list.In CRM menu (in Outlook) under Otions I didn't found 'synchronization' tab.After restart Outlook for few hours all was ok, but after I observed the same situation, restart and all is ok...Is some solution of this problem......

Outlook shutting down when accessing moved mailboxes
We recently built a new Wxchange 2003 Server in one of our offices and have been moving mailboxes to the new server. Now some of the users that were moved say that Outlook is shutting down when they try to do different things - for one person, it happens when she opens her Calendar, for another, it's when he opens mail items. I'm re-creating their mail profiles, but I know that the first thing I try almost never works, so I thought I'd send this question along to see if anyone has suggestions fror other steps I can try to remedy these issues.
